What it is
Ceramic coating is a thin, chemically bonded layer over purified and (usually) corrected paint. It raises the contact angle of water, makes insects and dirt less sticky, and holds gloss longer than a wax. It does not stop stone chips, wash-hall scratches, or etching from bird lime left to sit.
Who it is for
Owners who want simpler upkeep after a serious preparation. Little point on dirty or heavily scratched paint — you would coat the defects in.
Process

The car stays inside until flash time is done. No rain drive that evening.

Inspection, care card, realistic lifespan — no nine-year sticker warranty.
Expected result
Tighter water beading, less bonded dirt, gloss that returns with washing. Lifespan depends on washing, climate and storage — expect a few years with decent care, not a decade of neglect.
